  Fantastic, thorough service. I met with Neil and he went through all the various insurance options with the most comprehensive cover to suit my budget. He also looked into my other active policies to make sure I was covered correctly and not doubling up or paying out unnecessarily. He took the time to make sure I could access the best cover and truly believe this is one of the most important things I have ever taken out to protect me and my family. I looked at Life Cover, Critical illness cover and Income Protection. The meeting took me through all the questionaires one on one with each section explained clearly. I was given time to read through all of the information and options and all my many questions were answered. I have called Neil for advice on many occasions and each time met with such a high level of service and professionalism. He really goes out of his way to help. I have recently hurt my back and my income protection insurance is the best decision I have ever made and will help support me should I need to have treatment and a longer period off work than previously thought.Neil will be my go to when we come to remortgage in the next couple of years and I would highly recommend him to all my friends and family. Fantastic service. Thank you.

  A great service by Neil who has managed against the odds to get me life cover!As a type 1 diabetic in my 50’s and as a company director I really wanted to provide cover for my wife and business partner and having failed previously I thought it was highly unlikely that Neil would succeed but through the whole process he has shown great tenacity and presence of mind to battle through the red tape, unhelpful doctors and cynical underwriters to get us a deal, thank you Neil 👍
