      what a load of rubbish!!! No lengthy application forms !! Ha ha a joke!!These guys charged me £3000 for solicitor fees to complete on a purchase that was suppose to go through on Friday at 1pm prompt. They agreed the time scale before submitting the application form. However my solicitor received 11 further enquiries (ie questions ) the same morning to be answered before completion some of these were unreasonable questions which could not be answered with out a response from the sellers solicitors, additionally it was agreed the loan would be provided with out the need for a survey but this changed at the last minute with additional fee for a post completion survey!!!I AM OUT OF POCKET £3000 THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE CAUSED ME EMOTIONAL AND MENTAL STRESS . I will NEVER use this company again .
