    Today 11/3/22 I went into Stevenage Cash converters with my son . We returned a pair of brilliant speakers on stands and a mixer . These were not faulty , however I am rubbish with technology. We were served by James ,this young man was fantastic talking to my son who has mental health issues . James went above and beyond to help . He is pleasant to chat too . He was very professional. He sorted an exchange . He also carried the portable speaker to the taxi . Lovely helpful young man .
