  Poor application process - applied and was pre-approved. Got a text 5 hours later asking me to phone, which I did and confirmed my bank/card details. Then received an email 5 minutes later saying I was declined.Can understand the decision, but why take so long and have me give card and banking details over the phone? Surely whatever the reason for the decline was could have been seen in the preceding 5 hours.

  AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!!Only leaving one star as I have to , to be able to leave a reviewAvoid at all cost , this company is a scam. They are scammers. I applied for a loan through a online website and my details was passed to third party loan companies to which one of them contacted me via telephone on Saturday 02/04/2022 they told me my partner had been approved for a loan but would have to pay the first months repayment up front and when that had been paid the loan amount would be in the account within 20 minutes. We made the payment of £165 after which was told the money was on hold there end for 1 hour and 15 minutes once the time was up the loan would be in the account. I checked the account after the 1 hour and 15 minutes and still no loan money. Called them back and was told had to pay another £325 tax on the money which I refused to do. Also when told to pay the £165 I was told not to process it as a business transaction as I would incur more charges and was told to put it through as personal friends and family to which I done stupidly and have now learned the hard way but is now being investigated by my bank and fraud people. DONT GET CAUGHT OUT LIKE I DID THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND FRAUDSTERS

  you don't get to ask questions before making an application, and if you do make one and they say no which is cool, you still don't get to ask questions. just basically tell you that you do not meet the criteria
