I visited the store twice to sell some jewellery. The staff are very welcoming and Clover was very very helpful and professional. A very easy with a nice smile person to talk to. She explained everything clearly and she made sure I understood everything by asking me whether I need her to repeat or explain more. I exactly found the services I was looking for. The second time I went, I was very glad when I found her there. I would never go to any different shop after visiting H&T and dealing with Clover. Always greeted with a warm welcome&very polite staff. I went in the store yesterday and was served by a Lovely Lady Called Gemma. She was very polite&helpful made me feel comfortable and I would definitely recommend this store to friends and family. As I feel It’s a store you can trust. I’ve been using it for years. 10/10⭐️
