  Martyn has been perfect in many aspects of the mortgage application. He was able to educate me on what estate agents, negotiators and the market requirements and movement in prices along with how best to deal with fundamental problems when attempting to buy property. Extremely helpful service and without it I believe I would not of been able to have purchased a property without it.

  We cannot recommend Martyn and Ideal Home Loans enough! Like many people, we knew absolutely nothing about the procedures or costs involved with buying a house. Every question was answered swiftly and professionally, even over weekends and in the evenings. My husband and I were made to feel as though we had Martyn’s sole attention though he must have many customers. My husband is serving in the RAF and he found Martyn’s military experience very helpful too with respect to applying for Forces Help To Buy. Initially, we were ready to go with a well known company advertised on TV, we have saved ourselves £300 by choosing Ideal Home Loans and received a very personal, tailored service from a fantastic, helpful, professional company! When it is time for our children to buy, we will not hesitate to recommend Ideal Home Loans, that should say it all!

  I would 100% Recommend Martyn and his services. From the first moment until the end. He was very professional, diligent, knowledgeable and the speed of his communication was fantastic.As a first time I buyer I had very little experience in the beginning. Martyn guided us through the whole process and got us the best deal on the market.Having a mortgage broker saved us so much time and hassle speaking to banks/lenders.
