Terrible company. Took almost 4 years to find out I had a claim. Re-sent the same documents multiple times to sign as kept losing them, no contact from them unless I contacted them, think longest period of no contact was 2 years! Still not had a cheque through for compensation, apparently I need to phone up and claim it myself as they can’t!!?? Thought that was the point of using them. Being threatened multiple times for fees even when they haven’t won anything yet. Failed their own terms and conditions several times but threaten me with legal action to pay a fee from compensation they have not got for me as per their terms and conditions! Stay well away.

Same as the previous feedback.This is the worst company I have ever dealt with.The same information time and time again, and repeated lies, from the so called managing director, to the frontline agents.I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.If I could give them a -5, that would be at best.Over 3 years to deal with one case, very amateurish.
