I haven't even used this company, yet they bombard me with emails and messages to my mobile phone, and they don't give you an option to stop this. I looked at buying a new mobility scooter with a company online and noticed snap finance all over their website. I looked into what snap finance was while on the site and decided not to use them or the mobility scooter website either. Ever since just looking into it, snap finance have kept my details and bombarded me with emails and more annoyingly text messages which, conveniently for them, they will not allow you to stop.I can't even block them myself on my phone, as my phone tells me their number is invalid? Snap Finance are a disgraceful company behaving like this, this is how a company gets itself a very bad name. I sincerely hope this awful company go bankrupt very soon.

Got some furniture from furco which was of a awful quality and posed a massive health and safety risk in my property. They refused to do anything about it and after disputing it with snap finance they resolved the matter very quickly. very grateful for the refund and charge withdrawals. excellent customer service.

this is the first time i have used snap finance i was i bit unsure to start my sister said to me bout them so far ive have worries with this company they sent me a text to bout my paayment with it been bank holiday i rang them today the ladie was lovely and has she i was sent a email too thankyou fringers crossed it stays that way
