Mark and Tangy are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and very quick to respond to any questions. Mark and his team are very hard workers and they get results. Yes you pay for their services but unlike commission based services where they are paid via the Mortgage leader, these guys have many tricks of the trade at their disposal. We had two rejections using the "free service" for our new home and Mark found the best value deal for what we needed and we got accepted. Happy days.

I had been told by 2 other mortgage advisors that I couldnt get a mortgage at this point. a friend told me to contact total home loans. i thought i was going to waste their time.
