Clevr money says its about people not money, this is not true. They are unlike any credit union I have previously known. They are beurocratic and do not make decisions independently despite someone saving for years with them they do not help. I had to put one star to write this review, but I really wouldn't give them any stars.

I have been a member of the credit union for well over 10 years now. The easiness and speed of the administration is brilliant, the staff have always been courteous and very helpful indeed. More people need to support our credit unions. It's a great way of having a savings account and by doing so you're actually helping them to help other people.
