  Process is long and wasteful, making people go in branch, can't deal with it online, 13 calls just to get basic information I had already given them. When finally finalising my loan, they changed everything compared to what I asked.Communication between colleagues is useless, the underwriters took a whole week to actually look at my application, not professional at all

  My Partner went with paper work to confirm his loan and was told money was going to paid by 7pm Friday still waitingnow saying g today by 4.30 nothing has yet please do not use this company and they let you sign the loan agreement and then phone and tell you tht you can't have the loan so my partner isn't very happy as they have wasted his time
