  Excellent service from start to completion of the mortgage process. Every step explained in great detail and a very efficient service even when considering it was during the initial Covid-19 lockdown. Very highly recommended.

  waste of time, a mortgage broker called Dabby, ensured me that I will get a mortgage 100%, he said he will send me all the details of mortgage providers on the same day, 1 week past, no sign of any emails, I got contacted by someone called Megan, who asked me a set of similar questions, took only 4 minutes, I informed her I haven't received any emails from Day, she said, she will let him know, still no response, after few days, I called again, Dabby was out of office, the receptionist didn't give a straight answer to when he will be back to office, saying "Not sure" again no response from him, this took more than 2 weeks. All in all, waste of time, they also charge a flat rate of £299 upfront before giving you any sort of Agreement in Principal. then the remaining £700 after getting the mortgage approved. They say it will be refunded to you, don't know if I can trust them with that. Anyway, go with other mortgage brokers, Expertmortgage advisors will waste your time
