  I am a regular customer of fast credit southall For lapst 3 year I always buy gold from your pawn shop . All your employees are excellent and add a great value to the fast credit. But unfortunately it brings me a great pain to bring forth an incident which happens with me which is realy shocking on 24th December as usual i was ther at fast credit as i liked a ring for which I asked your customer care Harpreet to show me a ring . But she was very busy on phone call which she was receiving on her mobile again and again on her phone and ignored me completely. As per my opinion customer should be given fist preference but I felt ignored . Later I dropped the idea of buying the ring and went home . But still I like the ring so next day I came again to the fast credit with cash to buy the ring . As usual harpreetvwas there I knocked on the window so I can alert her and show her the ring I want to buy. But to my surprise she was so angry and ruined my day as a Christian Christmas is very important and emotional for me I wanted to gift that ring to my mother ....with excitement I Knocked on the glass window to show her which ring I wanted to buy .but she was so rude and disrespectful in her approach and body language that she on return said that I was rude to knock on the window . She with her negativity ruined my Christmas she made it real bitter but as I like the ring I bought it . I even mentioned her that I am going to ascalate the incident but she was very rude and did not care .Kindly take action and recruit good people who are well versed with customer care etiquette. It's a humble request as the company goodwill is on stake. It's the incident of southall branch. Hope necessary action would be taken.Thank youDelete
