I prefer this branch as the staff turnover was minimal & I chose to deal with familiar trusted staff that are familiar with my personal situation.Sadly my trust was tainted by their previous manager,Raj, from Rugby & it's taken a couple of years to have the confidence to give them my business.The current staff are honest & professional.I hope Head Office understands the importance of customer relations & treat their staff accordingly,with the respect they deserve,in order to keep the good ones instead of constantly training new employees.
