Female assistant was very professional. Giving 5 stars Only because of her. Infact customer service is 5. Went in to sell 18k 0.75ct natural single stone diamond ring. Gave me a low offer which i declined.But customer service is 10/10 👍🏽Would i reccomend a friend…(no)Reason being the prices are TOO low for literally anything you sell. They valuate and give u approx 40% of what the items value is.

I was in town having been to the Dickinson Real Deal for valuation. Wasnt impressed as they said the diamonds on my items were not real!. Popped into Harvey and Thompson to get an opinion. My items were 22ct gold and real diamonds. They gave me a good price. All 3 of the staff there were helpful, professional and I was impressed particularly with the Manager who explained every step in detail. I have no hesitation in recommending this branch in Nottingham .Thank you girls...

The staffs are very polite. I was greeted with a warm smile and very welcoming. The lady who served me, Alexandra, was exceptional, she was patient, very explanatory. I had a gold chain to sell. She gave me a good deal compared to five other stores I've been to. Thanks Alexandra.
