  My other half took my necklace and ring to the store to be repaired that had been left to me from my nan, they laser welded the chain of the necklace together which is such a fine chain and soldered the ring and polished it up absolute amazing job and am so over the moon with it as it has great sentimental value to me!! Can’t recommend them enough!

  What service! just making adjustments to a Cartier watch strap and treated as though you had just spent thousands. Why can't other traders provide such thoughtful and caring service?

  Every time I shop in Heptinstalls, I find the staff incredibly warm, welcoming and highly knowledgable about their goods. They are the most honest jewellers I have ever used, which is why I frequent their store. The reviewer before me gave them just one star, not based on a customer experience, but because they were late for a job interview, so missed out on an opportunity to work for Heptinstalls. I personally feel that the existing staff are so professional, that hiring any lesser calibre of staff would do their clientele a disservice. Good for you Heptinstalls and thank you for providing such great service and exquisite items over the years!
