  We required some advice and support for what was a complicated situation. Recommended by our own financial advisor, Racheal lead us through this process with what we can only be described as a brilliant service, from start to finish. She kept on top of the situation, chased and chased on our behalf, and took the pressures off of us. Responses were great, communication was fantastic and the outcome was just as we wanted.   I am so so happy, extatic in fact!!! It all started off a nightmare with Covdi19 taking over the world's economy and it effected my application and the lenders, however Racheal Harkins stepped in and took on my case, saved me from losing my property, being a new build, it was extremely complicated! She fought through every obstacle for me, while I carried on working. Least amount of disruption and everything on point. Epecially with the current pandamic, she beat all the odds and made sure everything ran smoothly. I am so grateful for the time she put towards my case, I don't have enough words to praise her, I was on the verge of losing my property, I was getting very emotional and depressed but she was there for mental support aswell! She is by far the best and her response time is WOW!! Never known anything like it. Rcaheal, thank you again!!! You are absolutely brilliant!!!
