I have had debts for years and just tried ignoring them. They don't go away and it just becomes so stressful. I have attempted in the past step change but they needed so many details and i didn't know all the information they needed so I stopped trying to sort it out. I went online yesterday and found money advice. After a couple of quick questions I got a phone call and spoke to Laura. She was so good. Went through all my options and got the ball rolling. By the end of the day I had spoken to Ian and Neil and an IVA is being sorted out for me. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to sort their debts out. They were all so lovely.
