  5 stars is underrated. David Sharpstone is worth 100 stars. David was fantastic and did a great job once again. This was the second time when he helped us find a mortgage and we are looking to do business with him again in the future. He is very professional, amicable and helpful. Communication with him is excellent. He gave us his full attention, and spent the necessary time with us to find the right deal, even though the appointment was with short notice and outside office working hours. Well done and thank you once again!!

  We contacted David to help with our mortgage for our onward purchase after selling our house. We found him to be extremely helpful and always contactable. He dealt with us very patiently with every question & query we threw at him, and responded quickly to emails and calls. Nothing was ever a problem, and he always had a solution to any issues that we had.   David was amazing in helping us get our mortgage sorted. My pay was very complicated due to variations to basic wage, commission, etc, yet David spent time to figure out exactly how I got paid and explain that to the lender. He was incredibly efficient by communicating with us well outside office hours and always did his absolute best to report back to the lender as soon as possible. He happily chased things up with the lender as much as possible and was present on our whole journey towards receiving our offer. Thanks David!
