Alex was incredibly helpful and didn't mind any of the numerous questions I threw at him, and he would always get back to me very quickly. One of the issues I have, due to the amount of medication I have to take, is that it makes my processing of information a lot slower, and Alex was very understanding and took the extra time to explain things to me.What I was really impressed with, was just how much Alex really wanted to help me get the best deal possible, and he really did. I look forward to working with him again in a couple of years time.
