  Working with Mark made my whole experience of buying my first home very straightforward and clear. He has a huge amount of knowledge of the mortgage market, but offers lots of advice on the entire process from the considering stage, to offer stage, to application and completion. I felt I could ask Mark for his advice on anytbing related to the process and knew he would help. My advice for anyone looking to buy in Northern Ireland is to let Crawford Mulholland take the stress out of the process for you.

  We recently worked with Mark on arranging a mortgage. He was fantastic - extremely knowledgeable, professional, very responsive and friendly. With me being on maternity leave and my husband being self-employed, Mark's advice was invaluable for understanding how much we could borrow and what our mortgage could look like. Would certainly work with CM again and highly recommend them.
