I have no idea how this place is rated high. There is nothing special about their exchange rates. It's as bad as you would get it in airport or other areas. Please do your due diligence before going here.Never visiting Muthoot again.

Ilford Branch: I haven been visited to branch to send money in the End of day. Staff handled my request in ease irrespective of nearing closing hours. Fund credited before on same day the other end Excellent customer service given by the staff .-Good exchange rates when compare to other exchange centre.-Fast Turn around time.-User friendly web application.-Staff is very knowledgable and helpful in guiding me how to use the web application- 5 stars*****
