      Used to be very reliable, i saved for my sons birthday and now cant get access to my own money as all offices are shut down, no warning or communication at all!!

      Hi Katrina, sorry to hear you've struggled to get in touch with us and we did not provide the service that is expected. The Workington branch closed due to staff illness however we have been working from the main Affinity office in Penrith. I believe you have spoken to colleagues now and have been provided with relevant information.

      Used to be very reliable but now cant even get through get my savings out I phoned monday morning for 9.30 until 12.30 didn't get through and wasn't informed was closed for rest of the week me my children had no electric for full night as I had to rush around trying to lend money until I could get through as soon as I can change back over to my original bank I be doing so
