      The customer service from Teddy was absolutely excellent when my boyfriend and I were looking for an engagement ring. We felt like we were in an expensive jewellers, the customer care was outstanding. Teddy took great care in assisting us to get the perfect ring and the right sizing. The ring was purchased, resized at Northen Diamond and on my finger within an hour of walking into Ramsdens. I'd recommend Ramsdens on Union Street to anyone. Preowned jewellery is great value of money and a form of recycling too. We will definitely be back to purchase a wedding band.

      Do not use this place. Bad practice. Told my husband that 14 carat gold was only 4 carat and not worth much. Offered less than half scrap value.
