This company wanted me to pay the £495 arrangement fee before sourcing a mortgage and then charge an undisclosed sum of up to 3% . This was after I had lost £800 on a valuation by using them too. Beware and check fees before signing any paperwork!

Awful experience, off hand on the phone and asking for far too much up front in regards to fees. Cut the middle man out and go direct was much easier.
