  Me and my partner came to Simeon and his team after being refused by 2 banks due to my adverse credit with the help of a previous broker, we was about to give up on the home we had our hearts set on. I took to Google, the mortgage hero’s came up and thank the lord I made that call! I was instantly taken back at how interested Simeon was in our case and I knew there was some hope. Straight away he knew where we was going wrong and knew what banks to approach, or shall I say bank. We sent Simeon everything he asked for, with constant communication back and forth, we had a mortgage offer within 3 weeks of first speaking with Simeon and it was with the first bank he put our application to!We paid the previous broker for nothing. We paid Simeon only when we got our offer, the value of the service is almost to good to be true.We couldn’t put into words how thankful we are. It’s a lot more than just a mortgage, we have our first family home!We would recommend the mortgage hero’s very proudly to our family and friends, the company deserves the greatest recognition.Thank you all so much for everything.   Oliver truly is the best mortgage broker we have ever come across (we have tried many), after being declined by another bank and about to lose our sale and purchase we approached the mortgage heroes. Within 2 hours of my first call with Oliver we had an agreement and within 12 hours a full application submitted and agreed within 7 days. I don’t have enough words to describe how impressed we were with his knowledge, professionalism and true willingness to help. Nothing was too much trouble and we genuinely will be forever grateful.
