      Dave was amazing! I had awkward requirements and struggled to find an advisor who was able to really understand them. Dave spent over an hour on the phone with me before I committed to anything, understanding exactly what I was looking for and giving me the confidence for the first time that it was possible to meet my needs. Throughout the whole process he was willing to answer all my questions, give great advice and update me on progress in a clearer way than other parties.       Having tried a few mortgage advisors I was very lucky to get in contact with Dave. To say I had a few issues in trying to secure my mortgage would be an understatement but Dave remained supportive and confident all the way through the process and always available when needed.
