  Dave was firstly really friendly and put our minds at ease from the start, which was very important, as being first time buyers it was all a bit daunting. He was also extremely helpful and worked hard to find us something that suited us and were happy with, providing us with ample information and options, and always being available if we had any questions.   Having been a first time home buyer with minimal knowledge on everything involved, Dave was there step by step to make the process easier and efficient. His response time was always reliable and was quick to answer urgent questions.Dave practically did all the hard work for us e.g. finding the most suitable bank to help with the mortgage and sourcing the most reliable conveyancers and surveyors too.We couldn’t recommend him enough, many thanks Dave!
