Took a ring for valuation diamond to be precise now I don't know whether they should rename this shop as con artist of the year! I was told the carat is 18 ..the value given was not worth my cheapest hand bag. Shame on you!

The closing time for this branch is supposedly 5:30 pm but I was extremely disappointed not to be served at 5:15 pm. My transaction normally takes just 5 minutes. I wasted my time and travelling cost due to lazy employees. PLEASE IMPOSE DISCIPLINARY MEASURES TO THIS LAZY EMPLOYEES AS THEY ARE RUINING THE REPUTATION AND GOOD SERVICE THAT MONEY SHOP PROVIDES.
