  For a debt collection company I have been chasing them for ages to make payments with very little reply and when i do its automated i have dealt with other companys..lowell being one and they were great and we worked together to settle the debt...Link really do need to improve a lot!

  Has continued to take payments 6 months after debt cleared and the last payment they took was my sons disability payment and got told we would have payment put in the bank in three days two weeks later still not returned manager dodging my phone calls and now my disabled child is struggling as i cannot afford to pay for the things he needs for the month absolutely disgusting company will be speaking to my solicitor!!!!
